After Turner's Tree in a Storm

- Turner is among my favourite artists influencing my desire to paint. This little pastiche came out of the sheer joy of seeing his work at the Clore gallery in London, and at the same time, developing a more abstract study of a famously wind-bent hawthorn tree on Clevedon sea front in Somerset.
