Payment

 We accept postal cheques, bank transfers and Paypal payments. Paypal payments carry a small surcharge.


Deposits and Balances

A 40% deposit confirmation for commissions and the balance is paid on completion of work before it leaves me. 


Delivery

We normally deliver by online courier agency and we endeavour to have the goods arrive within 5 working days of booked collection, but please allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery in the UK. We can deliver overseas, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. Please contact us if you have any queries, or to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Bespoke goods do not come under cooling off or cancellation period once the commission has been confirmed. If refunds do apply to the commission agreement (this is by negotiation with us prior to undertaking the design work or buying/commissioning materials or other works) goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. paypal refund, cheque etc.).

OTHER INFO

Delivery by pallet is the usual method unless the works are small enough to safely go via parcel delivery.  I include delivery costs within original quotes.

Lead times vary from two to twelve weeks approximately,  but mainly depend on requirements and commission waiting list, please see website for additional details. Inquiries welcome without obligation.

    If you allowe me to make one suggestion ~ I don’t know if it’s possible, but the grey color in the fields “Your E mail” and the other two is almost not visible!  Especially older clients could have trouble to fill out…
